- You may submit request to make changes to your order(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, if the item has already been prepared and shipped, we can no longer make changes.
You are free to exchange or return for store credit within 7 days after your purchase. It must be in the original shape as it was delivered. Once we receive the garment, we will issue an exchange or provide store credit for your next purchase. All sale items are final. For any returned goods, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For any damaged goods, we're more than happy to replace it as well. 25% re-stocking fee applies for all refunds.
- We ship Monday through Friday via USPS Priority. You will receive a confirmation of shipping with a tracking code. Please allow 2 to 3 days for a tracking confirmation.
