Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes.  However please be aware of the high shipping cost.  Please email sales@jaefields.com for any question.
    Can I do a local pick up?
      • Yes.  Please use the promo code LOCALS and leave a note during check out for local pick up.  Our store address is 205 SW Pine St Portland OR 97204
      I have already placed my order. Can I make changes to it?
      • You may submit request to make changes to your order(s) at sales@jaefields.com. However, if the item has already been prepared and shipped, we can no longer make changes.
      Can I return or exchange an item or items?
      • You are free to exchange or return for store credit within 7 days after your purchase.  It must be in the original shape as it was delivered.  Once we receive the garment, we will issue an exchange or provide store credit for your next purchase.  All sale items are final. For any returned goods, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.  For any damaged goods, we're more than happy to replace it as well.  25% re-stocking fee applies for all refunds.  

      How long will it take for me to receive my order?
      • We ship Monday through Friday via USPS Priority. You will receive a confirmation of shipping with a tracking code. Please allow 2 to 3 days for a tracking confirmation.
