Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. However please be aware of the high shipping cost. Please email sales@jaefields.com for any question.
- You may submit request to make changes to your order(s) at sales@jaefields.com. However, if the item has already been prepared and shipped, we can no longer make changes.

You are free to exchange or return for store credit within 7 days after your purchase. It must be in the original shape as it was delivered. Once we receive the garment, we will issue an exchange or provide store credit for your next purchase. *All sale items are final*

For any returned goods, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For any damaged goods, we're more than happy to replace it as well.
- We ship Monday through Friday via USPS Priority. Once your order is processed & picked, you will receive a confirmation of shipping with a tracking code. Please allow 2 to 3 days for a confirmation.
- Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email.
